Producto. El Mediterráneo en estado puro. Dependemos de lo que el mar nos da cada día, respetando estrictamente vedas y paradas biológicas, y buscando la máxima calidad en origen. Todo esto nos permite tener una trazabilidad real de cada animal (pescados, moluscos, marisco…).
Esa misma pasión se refleja también en nuestros guisos. Cuchara marinera de la de siempre, sin prisas. Aromas, olores, sabores de antaño. Cocina tranquila basada en el mejor producto.

We depend on what the sea provides us each day, respeating the closed season and biological terms strictly at the same time as we search the greatest quality in their origin. All of this allow us having a real monitoring of each animal (fish, mollusc and shellfish)
